Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cybersecurity services provided by nexusthreatguard, registered at Via Spilinga 6, Villa San Giovanni, Reggio Calabria, Italy. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to: penetration testing, cloud security audits, 24/7 threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability assessments, security architecture design, compliance advisory, and application security hardening. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

Client Obligations

Clients must: (a) provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery; (b) obtain necessary authorizations for testing activities on third-party systems; (c) implement recommended security remediations within agreed timeframes; and (d) maintain confidentiality of all security findings and reports.

Intellectual Property

All security reports, assessment findings, and remediation recommendations become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment. nexusthreatguard retains ownership of methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes used in service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

nexusthreatguard shall not be liable for: (a) security breaches occurring after the engagement completion date; (b) damages resulting from Client's failure to implement recommended remediations; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of three (3) years.

Refund Policy

At nexusthreatguard, we strive to deliver exceptional cybersecurity services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided from our office at Via Spilinga 6, Villa San Giovanni, Reggio Calabria, Italy.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: (a) cancellation of service engagement prior to commencement of work, subject to a 15% administrative fee; (b) failure to deliver agreed-upon milestones as defined in the Statement of Work; (c) material breach of service level agreements by nexusthreatguard.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated: (a) incident response engagements where immediate deployment has occurred; (b) penetration testing activities where reconnaissance has commenced; (c) compliance advisory services where documentation has been delivered; (d) retainer-based 24/7 monitoring services for the current billing period.

Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a written request to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the service delivery date. Refund requests are reviewed within five (5) business days, and approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Where services have been partially completed, a proportional refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining at the time of cancellation, minus any third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the Client.
